Teryl Crombie offers exceptional makeup that is in sync with individual film, television and print projects. Fun, flexible and professional, Teryl creates elegant, subtle or creative makeup and out-of-kit effects according to the vision of each production. With 10 years in film and 15 years in esthetics, Teryl enjoys working with talent ensuring that their makeup is right and they feel comfortable and cared for in her chair.

Teryl has worked on numerous television and feature film productions as head of department and first assistant. Frequently recognized for outstanding work, she was nominated for an AMPIA award for makeup for "The Investigation" (Ann Wheeler, Director; Bernie Zukerman, Producer).

Teryl's start was at the Blanche McDonald Centre for Applied Design in Vancouver.  By continually upgrading her skills through workshops and courses she keeps current with the latest trends, applications and materials.  She has just completed a series of courses in Character, Prosthetics and Special Effects makeup at Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, California.
